The founder and publisher is Donetsk State University of Management, Mariupol, Ukraine. ISSN 2308-104X The Journal is enlisted as a specialized economic periodical by the Higher Commission of Academic Degrees and Titles of Ukraine, the latest update of the accreditation — Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science # 1328 as of 21.12.2015) and as a specialized public administration periodical by the Higher Commission of Academic Degrees and Titles of Ukraine, the latest update of the accreditation — Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science # 1021 as of 07.10.2015). Journal research area “Manager” covers the problems of a market economy, the results of research on topical issues of economic reforms in Ukraine, the problems of globalization of the world economy and place of Ukraine and its regions in crisis provisions of national economy and socio-economic issues of regional economics, public administration and local government, methodology, training of highly qualified personnel and more.
